In order to get JADE working, you need to make sure that the JADE libraries
(jade.jar, jadeTools.jar, etc., see JADE documenation) are contained in the
Java CLASSPATH.

If you do not know what this means, or how to accomplish it, I suggest you
to take a look at the Java documentation, since basic understanding (which
includes setting the CLASSPATH) of Java is required to work with JADE.
