Hi,

The responder reacts to ACCEPT/REJECT_PROPOSALs and out-of-seq messages only if they have
- the same conversation-id of the PROPOSE message
- the in-reply-to field equals to the reply-with field of the PROPOSE message.

The createReply() method should already set these fields properly.
