I've seen that when RMA agent construct a mobility request to the AMS, a
ContainerID is created to specify the destination of the mobile agent.
This ContainerID is constructed as "ContainerID(container_name, null).
I've seen that this null parameter indicates that address field (from
Location interface that ContainerID implements) will be "<Unknown Host>".

My question is. When is address is needed ? it's when an alternative MTP
is used ?
