Hello Martin,
it looks like you do not have the file "basic.policy" int
the directory runExamples\myfirst\.
Please check.
Are you using the JADE jar files?
The policy files into the JADE-S examples work fine with JADE .jars,
not with classes.
If doesn't work yet,
which OS and JVM version are you using?
Please give us more info.
