Hi,
JADE2.61 and JADE2.5 are both FIPA compliant --> You can make a JADE2.61 PLATFORM communicate with a JADE2.5 PLATFORM.
On the other hand you can't have a single platform with a JADE2.61 container and a JADE2.5 container.
Note that soon there will be a new version of LEAP that will be again compatible JADE2.61 (or whatever it will be)

Hello everyone
i just want to ask a question
i have jade2.5 integrated with LEAP on a device...and dueto the
incompatability of the jade2.6 with the LEAP , we thought of having jade2.6 on
our server for the security it provides and because we don't need
light-weighted agents on our server, and then we can communicate the server
jade with the other (jade2.5 with leap that can be on any device..i.e mobile
devices )
My question in brief:

can we communicate jade2.6 with jade2.5 (jade 2.5 that is integrated with
LEAP)??
